I Love Working Out at Home

I can stay fit without a gym membership. Yes, I own a gym, but I often enjoy working out at home.

I find a variety of activities that I enjoy. I make working out fun and interesting. I challenge my body and mind. I learn new things.

I design a schedule that works for me. Exercise is more effective when I do it regularly. I block out the same time each day or take breaks throughout the day for brief workouts. If I miss a day, I get back on track as quickly as possible.

I set up a workout area. I designate a room or a corner where I store my fitness gear. Looking at it puts me in the mood to move around.

I use my bodyweight or simple equipment. I can get a great workout even when my space is small, and my budget is tight.

I connect with others online. I take classes with my favorite instructors from studios and search for new experiences to try. Do you have a favorite studio in town that offers classes? I'm always looking for something new and fun to do. I use apps that allow me to work out with and challenge my friends.

I play music. A lively soundtrack makes my workouts feel easier.

I start small. I take a first step with beginner programs and gentle movements. I work my way up gradually and safely.

I set my own fitness goals. I remember my purpose.

Today, I make myself feel happier and healthier by working out at home. I appreciate my body and mind. I want to keep them strong and fit.
