What Does Rock Eat? (Part 3)

When it comes to my nutrition goals, I am focused on finding the right balance of macronutrients to support my strength and stability, while also providing my body with the vitamins and minerals it needs to thrive. For me, this means making sure I'm getting enough lean protein to sustain and continue the growth of my muscles, just enough carbs to fuel me throughout the day, and plenty of colorful fruits and veggies to give me all the nutrients I need.

I've worked hard to develop a solid nutrition plan that supports my health and wellness goals, and I did so with the help of some amazing resources like Precision Nutrition. Through their nutrition coaching program, I spent a year learning about the science behind nutrition, and gained the tools and knowledge I needed to create a nutrition plan that works for me.

Based on my specific needs and goals, I've determined that I need to consume roughly 2500 calories per day, including 150 grams of protein, 250 grams of carbs, and 100 grams of healthy fats. This may sound like a lot, but by focusing on high-quality, nutrient-dense foods like lean meats, whole grains, and fresh produce, I'm able to meet these goals without overeating or feeling deprived.

For me, it's all about finding a sustainable approach to nutrition that supports my long-term health and wellness. By focusing on nourishing my body with the right balance of macronutrients and plenty of healthy, whole foods, I feel confident that I'm fueling my body in the best way possible. And by working as my own nutrition coach and taking the time to address my own unique needs and preferences, I know that I'm creating a nutrition plan that is customized to my own body and lifestyle.
