Open Gym follows a simple flow so you know exactly what to expect.
Choose the Open Gym session that runs Monday-Thursday at 9:00 AM.
Each session is capped at 5 people to keep the floor focused and uncrowded.
Use premium equipment in a private, appointment-only environment.
$20 per session. No contract, no membership commitment.
Pair Open Gym access with personal training, metabolic testing, or recovery protocols. Mavericks coaches can write custom programs or we’ll collaborate with your existing trainer.
