I'm now offering the same great personalized approach in small groups of 3-5 people. 

I commit myself to my clients, putting in 100% toward your success. I expect you to not only commit to my practice but also to commit to yourself to be the best you can be.

I work with people of all sizes, genders, and orientations. However, I am highly selective of where I focus my attention due to time constraints. I want great clients who are willing to show up and do the work. How much do you want success?

With my expertise ranging from human mechanics to sports performance to corrective exercise, I have a passion for teaching and coaching. This is an investment you'll keep for a lifetime, equipping you with all the necessary tools to disrupt and rebuild unproductive habits and limiting beliefs.

Integrity is vital. We've created a safe place where clients feel comfortable sharing their wins and defeats. Our goal is to empower you to make one better decision every day. This can’t be accomplished if we can’t be honest with ourselves about where we are.

WORK ETHIC

We expect a certain work ethic from clients. If you want to see change, you must do the work. We promote consistency over intensity, teaching you how to integrate activity and exercise into your daily life. We don’t want you to depend on us forever. We want to help you build your own work ethic so that movement becomes a permanent part of your life. 

PLAY

Play is just enjoying one’s own body. Some people become so focused on the outcome that they forget to enjoy the process. By focussing on playing, you stop overthinking and start enjoying your body's abilities. Exercise is a celebration of what the body can do, not punishment for something we ate. Overall, by focusing on the mindset shift, we aim to set you up for long-term success in your pursuit of health and happiness.
