We review your certifications (IYCA, NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, etc.), experience with youth athletes, and coaching philosophy. We're selective about who trains at Mavericks. Response within 48 hours.
We'll set you up with facility access, scheduling system training, and equipment orientation. You'll also receive guidelines for facility use and working with minor clients. Onboarding takes 30-60 minutes.

We require nationally recognized certifications (NSCA-CSCS, NASM-CPT, ACE-CPT, etc.) plus youth-specific credentials (IYCA, NASM-YES, NSCA-CSCS with youth focus) or significant experience training young athletes. Background checks are also required.
