Building a book, or testing whether the room fits your practice.
An established independent coach with a steady weekly schedule.
A full book that needs prime hours and first call on new demand.
We do not price your sessions, cap what you charge, or take a share of what you bill. Your rate is your business.
They stay yours if you leave. No non-compete, no claim on your book, no clause that keeps your clients here without you.
Practice and Founding include matched inquiries in your specialty. It is part of the monthly rate, never a percentage of what a referred client pays you.
The floor is private during your hour. No walk-ins, no shared racks, no waiting on equipment mid-set.
Rates reflect a blend of prime and off-peak hours. If your schedule sits mostly outside 6 to 9 am and 4 to 7 pm, it costs less. Run your own numbers or apply for a walkthrough.
Each model trades a different mix of commitment and flexibility. Compare the three, then pick one; you can move between them as your practice evolves.
Reserve consistent weekly time blocks. Your schedule is locked in, your space is guaranteed, and your per-session cost is the lowest we offer.
Purchase a bank of session credits each month and use them when it suits your schedule. More flexibility than recurring, lower cost than drop-in.
Book sessions as needed with no monthly commitment. Highest per-session cost, but zero obligation. Ideal for testing the space or occasional premium sessions.
The more schedule we can plan around, the lower the per-session cost. Nothing is penalized for being flexible; the trade is simply rate for predictability.
You can always switch later. Most trainers start on drop-in or credits while they build, then move to recurring once the weekly pattern locks in.
Books steady weekly clients and wants the lowest facility cost. Recurring usually wins.
See recurring →Client load shifts month to month. Credits let you scale volume without locking fixed hours.
See credits →Occasional sessions, visiting coaching, or project work. Drop-in keeps things simple.
See drop-in →Want to try the space before committing. Start drop-in, upgrade to credits or recurring later.
See drop-in →Apply to join the roster. We review every application, match you with the right access model, and walk you through a studio tour.
