Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mavericks Fitness website (mavfit.com) or our training facility at 311 Soquel Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95062, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Mavericks Fitness provides personal training, fitness evaluations, open gym access, and facility rental for independent trainers. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable fees.

Booking and Cancellation

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable fees.
• Mavericks Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

Trainer Workspace Access

Independent trainers who rent facility space are bound by the Mavericks Fitness Trainer Agreement, including cleanliness standards, scheduling protocols, and the strike system outlined in the trainer dashboard. Violation of these standards may result in restricted access or termination.

Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. By participating in any training program, evaluation, or gym session at Mavericks Fitness, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your participation. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Limitation of Liability

Mavericks Fitness, its owner, employees, and affiliated trainers shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the facility, equipment, or participation in training programs, except where caused by gross negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content on mavfit.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Mavericks Fitness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

User Accounts

Trainer dashboard accounts are provided for authorized trainers only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your access with unauthorized individuals.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Santa Cruz County, California.
