Service Description

It's not yoga and it's not pilates. It's somewhere in between with an emphasis on functional anatomy. Energize and connect with your fascia to unlock a new way of moving. Stretch your limits, soften your tissue, and feel great in your skin again. All skill levels welcome. Mats provided. 45 minutes Limit 6 per class
