COVID-19 Updates

Our top priority is your health and well-being.

We have been committed since day 1 to deliver the most effective, safe, and reliable exercise and nutrition education in a clean, comfortable facility. During this time we will remain open and operating as usual unless told otherwise by county or state health departments, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or the World Health Organization.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, you should stay home if:

  • You have traveled from an impacted zone in the last two weeks.

  • You are feeling sick or unwell. This includes fever, sneezing, coughing, body aches, or fatigue.

As of 3/31/21, the inside of our gym is open. We offer 1-to-1 training and coaching at our facility, at your residence or through zoom.

Want to train at your location? Through the pandemic we are not charging any additional fees for traveling to you, subject to our availability.

A mask is encouraged but not required for training. Your trainer will wear a mask at all times, as well as practice adequate social distancing.

We have always cleaned the floors and equipment between clients. As of 6/12/20, we have instituted new measures to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • We are wiping down all equipment and surfaces that have been touched between each client.

  • We have extra hand sanitizer and soaps available.

  • We are maintaining a space of 6-10 feet between client and trainer.

  • We have installed a HEPA filter with the capability of filtering the entire studio in 30 minutes or less.

  • We are utilizing steam to disinfect all surfaces between clients.

  • All bands and balls are disinfected with UV light.

  • No classes will be offered until further notice.

  • Workouts will not be depleting. We will shift gears to work on mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.

  • We will not be taking walk-ins. Appointments will be required for you to enter the facility.

  • We are taking the temperature of anyone entering using thermal imaging.

  • If you are sick, you will be asked to leave.

  • No cancellation fees for illness until further notice.

  • Workouts can be delivered via video or zoom session.

You can help keep our community healthy and safe by:

  • Washing your hands for 20+ seconds with soap and water

  • Covering your sneeze or cough with tissues or clothing.

  • Maintaining social distance of 6-10 feet.

  • Avoiding touching your face, especially nose, mouth, and eyes.

  • Avoiding handshakes and hugs. Tap elbows or find other creative ways to greet people.

  • Wear a mask when entering and exiting the building.

  • Remove your shoes at the bottom of the stairs.
