This is an active assessment. You are coached from minute one while we learn how your body responds and what supports long-term progress.
We start with a conversation about your goals, history, and what brought you to Mavericks.
Then we watch foundational movement patterns and safely challenge your strength and stability. We teach basic exercises while seeing how you respond to variables as we progress.
We are training you while we assess you. You will learn core engagement, alignment, and efficient movement mechanics as we coach in real time.

The NASM CPT is one of the most respected certifications in the fitness industry, focusing on evidence-based training principles, program design, and injury prevention. This certification ensures Rock has a strong foundation in exercise science, biomechanics, and client assessment protocols that inform every training session.
Phase 01
Your first sessions map posture, gait, breathing strategy, and foundational movement patterns so we can coach what your body needs now, not what a template says you should do.
Phase 02
Rock uses corrective strength, breath-led mechanics, and structural-integration principles to reduce compensation and rebuild cleaner movement options.
Phase 03
Once quality improves, we challenge strength and stability with progressive variables. You are trained while being assessed, so progression stays safe and efficient.
Phase 04
Training is continuously adjusted using session response and, when useful, VO2 Max and RMR data, so the plan keeps matching your goals and your physiology.
