  1. Personalized Attention: In our private gym, all of the attention is on you. There aren't distractions from people grunting, slamming or dropping weights, or doing weird things in the corner.

  2. Less Crowded: Our gym less crowded than any public gym, which can be an advantage for those who prefer a quieter, more private workout environment. This can also reduce the risk of being exposed to illnesses or infections.

  3. More Privacy: Our private gyms often offer more privacy, with fewer people around to watch or distract you during your workout. This can be particularly important for individuals who are self-conscious about their bodies or who have specific health concerns.

  4. Specialized Equipment: We have specialized equipment that isn't available anywhere else in town. It's the cleanest and most comfortable equipment we've ever found.

  5. Clean & Sanitary: Because there are fewer people using the gym, it's easier for the gym to stay cleaner. We also clean the gym more often than a public gym. The floor is clean enough to eat off of. Can you say that about any public gym?

  6. More Flexibility: We offer more flexible hours and scheduling options than public gyms, allowing you to work out when it's most convenient for you.

I personally love working out in a private space without people looking at me. The struggle of a workout is hard enough without worrying about judgment. Not having to wait, wipe up someone else's sweat, or listen to crappy music are all important factors to me.
